Data protection policy
This data protection policy is valid for Green Alley Investment GmbH (hereafter Green Alley). We attach great importance to the protection of your personal data and comply strictly with the provisions under data protection law. Unless explicit consent has been given otherwise, personal data are only collected in the extent required for technical reasons or for purposes associated with the maintenance and improvement of our websites and will in no event be sold or passed on for any other reason to third parties outside our group of companies or other than our service providers.
The following policy provides you with information on how we ensure said protection and what data are collected, processed, used and, if applicable, passed on for what purpose.
Data processing on this website
Your visit to the website is recorded in the log. The following data, which your browser transmits to us, are captured in particular:
- The IP address your PC is currently using
- Date and time
- Type of browser and version
- Your PC’s operating system
- The sites you visited
- Name and size of requested file(s)
- as well as the URL of the referring website, if applicable.
We are, as a rule, not able to identify data subjects and do not intend to do so.
Our website uses social plugins (“plugins”) provided by the social network facebook.com, operated by Facebook Inc., 1601 S. California Avenue, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA (“Facebook”). The plugins are identifiable by a Facebook logo (white letter f on blue background or a thumb up icon) or the notice “Facebook Social Plugin”. For a full list of all social Plugins please see http://developers.facebook.com/plugins.
When you visit a page of our website that contains a social plugin, your browser establishes a direct connection to Facebook servers. Facebook directly transfers the plugin content to your browser which embeds the latter into the website, enabling Facebook to receive information about your having accessed the respective page of our website. Thus we have no influence on the data gathered by the plugin and inform you according to our state of knowledge:
The embedded plugins provide Facebook with the information that you have accessed the corresponding page of our website. If you are logged into Facebook, your visit can be assigned to your Facebook account. If you interact with the plugins, for example by clicking “Like”, or entering a comment, the corresponding information is transmitted from your browser directly to Facebook and stored by it. Even if you are not logged into Facebook, there is possibility that the plugins transmits your IP-address to Facebook.
If you are a Facebook member and do not want Facebook to connect the data concerning your visit to our website with your member data already stored by Facebook, please log off Facebook before entering our website. Further you can block Facebook social Plugins by using add-ons for your browser, like the “Facebook Blocker“.
For our presence in further portals like LinkedIn and Xing (which are accessible to this website) apply the individual regulations.
Furthermore, we only store personal data that you yourself provide in our contact form for the purpose of establishing a contact. The input and contact forms contain information regarding the purpose of the data requested in the respective form. As a general rule we gather the following information:
- Your email address
- Your name
- Other information that you voluntarily share with us when making contact or for the purposes specified
- File names or files that you make available for upload on the website
- Credit ratings, where applicable, at a later point in time
We will only use the personal data that you provide through our website or via email for corresponding with you and for the purpose for which you provided the data.
Our contact form may be used to collect personal data about potential business models, business processes or business ideas (so-called „FactSheet“) or for the purposes of developing new business areas. This data will be passed on to affiliated companies (currently Landbell AG, ERP SAS, DS Entsorgungs- und Dienstleistungs- GmbH, topengi GmbH, H2 Compliance) or to separate companies with whom we cooperate, as well as to consultants or lawyers for inspection, where necessary. Personal data and documents that you send to us regarding your business ideas shall be used exclusively for the purposes of checking the possibility of a business relationship.
You are entitled to object to our use of your data at any time with future effect. Please send us an e-mail with your objection to: info(at)green-alley.de or send us a letter to the address below.
Furthermore you can register for our newsletter. We need at least your email address so that we know where to send the newsletter.
As a general rule, we employ the double opt-in method for the registration. In other words, after you have registered for the service and informed us of your email address, you will receive an email in return from us, containing a link that you must use to confirm your registration. Your registration and confirmation will be recorded. The newsletter will not be sent until this has been done. You can cancel subscriptions to our newsletters at any time. Please use the “unsubscribe” link included in each newsletter to do so or use the following link.

The cookie-generated information about your visit to this site is usually transferred to a Google server in the USA for storage. In the event that IP anonymisation is activated on this website, Google will first abbreviate your IP address within Member States of the European Union or in other signatory states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area.
Only in exceptional cases is the full IP address transferred to a Google server in the USA and abbreviated there.
