Seeking circular economy innovators 2024
Today starts the application phase for the next Green Alley Award 2024! Marking its milestone tenth edition, Landbell Group invites all aspiring European Circular Economy startups to take part in the competition to win €25,000. Since the first award in 2014, the Green Alley Award has dedicated more than €1.3 million in funding, recognized 54 finalists, and celebrated the successes of multiple winners coming from several European countries like Finland, Germany, Italy, UK and Ukraine.

In the dynamic landscape of sustainable business, circular economy startups have emerged as the pioneers of change, reshaping industries, and redefining the concept of growth. With great commitment to environmental and resource efficiency, these innovative startups have taken centre stage in the journey for a more sustainable future.
Recognizing startups importance for a greener future, ten years ago, Landbell Group founded the Green Alley Award. Its purpose: identify innovative European business ideas that balance economy and ecology in significant ways.
This vision became a reality with the launch of our platform, a catalyst for startups, impactful initiatives, and visionary entrepreneurs, or rather call them heroes. Yes, like those we hold high esteem for their valiant efforts.
Startup, are you the 10th Green Alley Award winner?
We are looking for startups that meet the following characteristics:
- European circular economy startup
- Unique solution in the fields of: recycling, waste prevention and digital circular economy
- Not older than 5 years
Winning the Green Alley Award gives you not only the chance of winning €25,000 but also to receive valuable advice from our circular economy experts, connect with like-minded people and attain recognition in the field.

Feel free to share our call for applications with your network to make more potential applicants aware of the opportunity. Second, you can make your voice count and vote for your favourite out of 20 startups from 22nd January – 19th February. Finally, attend the award ceremony on April 25th live in Berlin – information will be available as soon as registrations open.
